Moving rooms, new peoples

I moved into Nicolette 206 today; the room with its own kitchen. It's pretty massive actually only the person who moved out left her room kind of unclean so they have to charge her and pay that money to me. I hope that doesn't happen to me since I spent like 3 hours cleaning my old room in Fuller. So far Nicolette is interesting, it doesn't get much sun but the view out my window is amazing minus the clothes line. I love looking at the flax garden anyway. I did surprisingly well on my exams. I got an A, B and a C+ for the final grades which aren't too shabby.

Tonight at dinner I let myself speak. For a second there I was not afraid to speak but most of the time I am. Approaching people is dangerous. I feel like I will feel stupid. Tonight is the first night I will spend in Nicolette, lets hope it is not too bad. So far I met the one girl, who lives next to me and she seems alright although I did something stupid. I took my headphones off but I hadn't stopped the button so it kind of went...like 'where the hell is that music coming from....'........'oh'....from my headphones lol.

Welcome to Nicolette: The house of the indirect sunlight. Of leaves mushed up around the outside, of flax garden and clothesline and all things wonderful. Bathroom and shower and laundry seperate= WIN!!

There's also new people who have moved into the hall, just a handful but they already seem interesting because they go through the same things I go through sometimes. Loneliness, shyness, pain. That kind of emotion isn't good for you. Especially if you keep it all bottled up. When my birth certificate arrives I have to go to the AA and get a new drivers licence, then go somewhere else and get an R18+ card. Ah. The irony.

The anger, the sadness, the pain

I hurt. I hurt so much. I can't trust anyone and never could. Trusting people is dangerous. At least it is for me. I'm going in spirals again ; happiness, sadness, anger. Then that stupid feeling of loneliness that has been there all my life. I'm a loner naturally but sometimes a little company can be good. Although then there is the problem of not actually speaking to them. Of not being ABLE to speak in case something totally random or stupid comes out that makes everyone look at you like 'what the hell are you on about' The other feelings I can't talk about. Not here.

I'm also quite pissed about moving tomorrow because I wanted to stay longer in Nelson but oh well. The move will be good for me. I can cook random food again, no having to have dinner at a specific time if I don't want to. I'm looking forward to the solitude but also dreading it. I know living above the games room might be noisy but it's better than being bitched at behind your back , or RIGHT IN FRONT OF YOU. Argh. I am quite up and down today.

The world is silent now. I feel like writing some of my book. Maybe I will, maybe I'll procrastinate. Or think some more. Thinking is good. Although because of my book's 'violence' I might have people on my back. But whatever. It's all good. At least I pretend it is.
